The estate is along Sunnyvale Lokogoma road, it is located after kabusa gardens estate. It is a very nice and neat Estate, the houses are beautifully arranged. The only bad spot is the road from Sunnyvale which is not very good at the moment. It’s a beautiful estate.

Its easy to locate, the name is funny tho. Its like they are two estates in one, one part has a tiled road and another is an un-tiled road. Its mostly block of flats. The structure and designs are not modern. Its like funding for this estate came in late because construction is still ongoing.

Its owkai but the roads are only good to a certain point, from then on its just dirt road.

I visited a friend there recently. The estate is peaceful and beautiful inside out. The houses are exactly what you need to be comfortable although am not sure about the rent.

The road that leads there is accessible, and the light system is okay. Its opposite Salplines Estate.

Same global housing estate is a conducive environment for family with alot of facility and good security .you can get apartment for sale and for rent in affordable price. It has a lot of facility which makes it convenient for people and good architectural designs. stable electricity, mall, play ground and schools.
