A lovely estate with a serene environment. The roads are well maintained, their security guys are active and well organized and the streets are well marked. The estate is equipped with so many amenities including ATMs, Shopping Plaza, standard School, Specialist hospital, filling station, transportation system and lots more. It is a mini-city within a city.

Nice estate with good road network and properly managed facilities to the best of my knowledge. The estate has shopping mall and hangout areas, garden and a fuel station.I think its a good place to buy and occupy or rent and live. Managed by adkan property company, they have a good record of proper facility management even their prices are high.

Oh yea. Helped drop off a friends friend, then got gas although it was late, the attendants were clearly tired but that did not ruin their customer service. I RATE!
