Nice and cool estate, good road network and well designed structures.It also has plaza called AMMSCO SHOPPING PLAZA, where you can get many things at cheaper rate. There is bore hole in some areas of the estate, while some areas had no boreholes but water Thankers used to supply water therein. It has good and well mannered security personnels at the entrance gate, they used to check and control all the vehicles entering and going out of the estate. The estate has three (3) Nursery and primary schools within in different directions. It has only one secondary school as at the time of this report.The Nursery and primary schools are restricted to only the children living in the estate. While outsiders are allowed to enroll in the secondary school.Parents or guardians were advised to register in the same school their children are schooling , because any parent or guardian who did not register will not be allowed to go and take their child after school.
