Efab is one of the best Estates in Abuja Nigeria, because you are sure of your security and everything about estate management is guaranteed.

Good low cost housing estate but with very bad access road. The internal roads are fairly okay.

For the fact this is where I first settled in at Abuja, i find it to be home! But still i will rate it justly.Its major problem is the access road into the estate, quite bad and rough and for years, till now the community hasnt been able to acquire funds to repair it to standard.Within the estate is quite peaceful, hardly any case of theft, the security are up and doing, you have schools (arabic & western), a market, ATMs and almost all your daily necessities. Only thing unavailable is a fueling station😀.The estate is homely, ppl live as a community and a beautiful point to note is that it is suited in a central point of Abuja, distances to almost every place is same except for the extreme places.I love this place!!!

Very awesome and peaceful estate, with a tolerant religious community where muslims and christians live in peace and harmony, it also has everything, 3 different corner shops, a vegetable and fruit market by the gate, 3 hospiitals, 3 pharmacies, 2 different schools, 4 different mosques including a jumaa mosque, the only issue is the access road to the estate, but internally their is a good network of roads

Nice estate but please fix your road

Affordable housing. Close proximity to town. (Especially to Jabi, Utako, Wuse).The boys quarters in the estate are a lot better than what I’ve found in other parts of Abuja.It’s one of the oldest estates in Abuja though so the houses are not very modern.

Its okay but accessibility if you aint driving and its raining is quite challenging
