The houses are very well designed. The road is still untarred but Abuja is developing very fast so it’s likely to get tarred soon.The neighboring estates are well designed as well.

The environment was quiet and calm. active security personnel at the entrance to the estate. Streets were not tarred, proximity to the nearest supermarket is more than 4 KM

It was a great experience, I wouldnt have known my way around Abuja, if not for the directions I get from Google Map. Massive thanks

Its a serene environment. But the roads leading to the estate need to be renovated.Altogether the environment is a cool place to stay if youre in Abuja.

A very quiet estate, tho dusty and untarred.

Rapidly developing area, houses are highly standard and justly affordable, only the inner cities of the area are not tarred so be prepared for consistent cleaning during the harmattan and dry season, but the standard of homes here can compensate for the stress.
