One thing I liked was the sincere way the staff did their work. No one was looking at you for tips for doing their work and they genuine helped. Another plus thing is that the appliances do work((heater, Ac, Fridge)The room doesnt quite live up to the amount. Old furniture, old bedding, old towels, rusted doors and taps, heavy ancient looking curtains + plus nothing was 100% clean.They need to renovate and add modern tools to the place. Its giving 15k room vibe as against 22/25k that it is.

Made an online booking reservation for a room at N12000 with a receipt but on arrival at the hotel, was told the rates is N22000.Any one going to this place should call first to confirm the rates. The difference from the hotel desk rates and online rates looks more like fraud and a way to lure customer in, putting them in a position to accept the huge difference having made the trip down. Its N22000 for cheapest deluxe room and not N12000 as advertised online. Please take note!Do not book online to avoid the trap!Call the hotel and confirm the room rates.

I had good experience here, though I wished some areas could be improved (I will get to that later)...Location: very easy to locate.Environment: It’s in a serene environment; quiet and clean.Staff: I called two days before checking in here and the staff was very polite; gave me necessary information needed. On arrival, the receptionist was as well polite, welcoming and assured me of a good stay.Services: the room I had was good; all basic room facilities were available and functional. The bath 🛀 and toilet 🚽 are clean without stains; tap runs well. There is free internet via WiFi and very efficient. There is complimentary breakfast (I did not try it due to my busy early schedules). Swimming pool is available as well as a bar. Main entrance is very accessible for wheelchairs 🦽. There is no elevator here; you have to use the stairs. Payment can be made by cash or POS.Suggested improvement: the kitchen/meal facilities could be further improved for quality services.Overall I did have a good stay here as promised but not exceptional.

It proved to be a pleasant hotel. Pleasant and friendly staff and tasty meals too. The location of the hotel is a big plus - it afforded me sound, refreshing sleep every night!But the water pressure on the first floor was quite poor: the shower wouldnt run for certain periods of the morning.

Nothing special about the room I was in. I am not sure if all the lodging are the same but. I guess for the price. It would be okay.But Kitchen services are not the best.They literally do not have most of what they put in their menu.And if you like simple and non oily noodles. Abstain from indomie menu. 😣😣You are welcome.

Would have given a five but for two things:1. Toilet didnt flush and nothing was done about it for 2 nights up till we checked out.2. Pay for 2 nights, get 1 free offer on hotels website did not materialize.Still a great hotel all things considered.

BELOW PAR RESTAURANT - ASK FOR THE BILL BEFORE ORDERING FOR MEALSI stopped by to catch lunch and the restaurant seemed like it had not been in use for such a long while and was ushered to the bar which also seemed pretty forlorn. I will come back to this bar sitting offer.An order was made based on the prices listed on menu. On arrival of the dish - the simplest of all meals, Noodles & Boiled Eggs - I proceeded to dig in. Meal finished & washed down with a fizzy drink, I called for my bill, here is where I got taken aback.Despite the menu listing my choice of meal as N1,000 the server reeled out separate prices for the boiled eggs even though I had asked what the Indomie was served with when making the order and she said two eggs. Invariably, I got charged N1,900.Indomie - N1,000Two Eggs - N400Eating in the Bar - N200A bottle of Coke - N300I got charged by this hotel to eat in their bar because their restaurant was dishevelled plus I got charged separately for eggs which the server had presented to me as being part of the Indomie served.The only facility I made use of was the bar and this was after being showed the non-functional restaurant and it left a very bad taste in my mouth.

Very mannerless supervisor, he actually instructed the security to lock their guest outside, for no reason, called them and complained they hung up the phone , like who does that , very disrespectful

A 3-star hotel located at the Centre of notable places in Abuja. Have a pool and bar behind. I love this place because they are kind to me.

The thing about this hotel for me was the location. I like Jabi for some personal reasons. The hotel however seemed old and had this musty smell like theres not enough ventilation and it just made me uncomfortable.The receptionist at the front desk acted like I was bothering her with my questions. Probably I didnt look rich enough lol.The pool and the pool side bar are nice.
