Well am not impress with this place. Needs some kind of renovation especially the rooms. Even though its quite affordable and the location is top notch but I think it needs an overhauling

Was looking for a budget accommodation within town and came across this. My goodness! Shocked!After I was shown the room, I immediately left.It was Dark, dingy, DIRTY. Tres malI think Id rather sleep on the streets than there if the city were safe. Cant believe such standard (rather, absence of standard) in such a supposedly high-end location. They need to sell the property to the neighbouring guest house(Sinclair) or at least let them manage it.Please go to Grand Ibro or Ritman for budget.

Loved the restaurant there.... Their rice and chicken is heaven especially for the price and heads up it has pepper oooooo.

Good pricing, affordable. However, expect to get your prices worth. Leaking taps, toilets, etc. Hotel has a couple of good things though, one is the location. Its close to everywhere that matters in the city centre

Old guest house with a forever Good kitchen ... Excellent African dish being served.

1. Fan was noisy2. Mosquitoes3. Door was not properly fixed with a lot of spacing, same for the AC position4. The AC water above the room i stayed was just dropping water on the AC in my room causing so much noise5. The washhand basin tap was faulty

Well located but Id advise you do not pay online but reserve and pay when you get to the hotel. With regards service it is fair and their courteous

The place is just ok. Services are prompt. I dont know why free wifi is showing up as an amenity here cause I couldnt even see a wifi signal. They need to maintain their furnitures & fittings.

I visited the pharmacy there, its well stock and can meet almost all your pharmacy request.The environment is also cool

Its a very nice place with very affordable prices. I dont know a more affordable guest house in Maitama with good rooms. However if there are two of you in a room, only one person gets to use the WiFi.

Budget hotel with very modest accommodation.The rooms are in a terrible state and you keep getting the stench of moulding on the walls.The service is just okay and I dare say I wouldnt recommend unless you absolutely dont have a choice.Theres a bar downstairs and I really enjoyed the grills and drinks. The staff are also polite and prompt in service to guests

Maitama Guest house is an old property that is located within Maitama District but with a very poor room standard in comparison to the prices. Even though it is well situated in Maitama close to many Embassies and high net personality the hotel standard doesnt commensurate the environment.

Not as impressive as I thought. But its good enough for an immediate need for a place to stay.

A nice place with customer friendly staff. Offer low cost lodging, local and continental dishes. Hosts a thriving nightlife environment complete with an outdoor bar, roast chicken, fish and suya.

The Presidential Suite is really impressive... fit for classy professionals in-between meetings and at the end of the day. The Restaurants spaghetti bolognese left quite an impression on my taste buds...

The Hostel is a comfort for those on official assignments and/or for serious minded individuals. Though it is an old hotel but could be upgraded to meet current standard.

Unprofessional managerial display and poor customer service. The Infrastructure needs an upgrade commensurate with its environment. Price is reasonable and power supply adequate.Cases of loitering by unintending guest occasionally noticed and meals not exceptional.

Secure environment, cold drinks and lovely meals

Reasonable price. Its not an entirely bad place but on two separate occasions suspicious loiterers have been witnessed to park their cars at the front gate after 2am to indulge in noisy merry-making while partaking in alcohol and probably even drug abuse.Is the management aware that such unsavoury types are bad for business?With completion like Sinclair just next door, loyal customers such as myself wonder if MGH will be around for another couple of years more.

There is this extra tasty Barbeque Chicken served here.. Dont get me started about the fish sauce and yam.. I am a foodie after all

Maitama guest house is located at 28 Yedesram Street off ibb way, Maitama, Abuja. Its a guest house for visitors to maitama residents. It has good restaurants both Chinese and continental. It has good accommodations and offers excellent services to guests.

Pocket friendly, secure location, 24×7 water & light (stand by generator) with free 24×7 wi-fi but you have to ask b4 you get the pass word 😡, standard rooms are rather small and cleanliness is not very impressive and response to any complaints or requests by customers is almost immediate. The restaurant and the bars are rather expensive so keep off if your money is via your sweat and hard work. Rather nice place to put up.
