Maintenance of their facilities & structure is poor.Staff need to be trained continuously.The service delivery has fallen below standards.The bedsheets,duvet,plates,sanitary wares,towels are a sad story..

Motown is very affordable and classic! I have been staying for going to 3 years now and they kept on getting better. Friendly management and staff and the cheapest room is a great setup on its own. I recommend this place of youre working with budget and still want a taste of class. I will recommend a swimming pool however to the management.

Located in Gwarinpa, Abuja. Its. 3 star hotel, mighty building but scacely occupied. Wheelchair provision, good car park, quiet environment. The service is not very good but the room is well furnished and the prices ranges from 7,000 and 6,000 at weekends.it accept both cash and debit card

Very affordable and comfortable although not luxurious. At 8000 Naira per night, I felt at home. The attendants were also respectful. The hotel is also in a quiet environment but close to several supermarkets and fastfoods. I would also want to visit a second time.

The first impression is bad. The environment starting from the outside is rough and dirty. Inside is just okay, and services too, okay.

Good rooms and affordable but Very rude, unprofessional and lazy staffs/mgt. for a hospitality business the owners taking quite a risk leaving a nonchalant manager and surprisingly very carefree staffs in his establishment. Downsizing urgently needed
