The hotel environment is good and the staff and services are commendable. Hospitality is their watch word.

I particularly loved how they had enough parking space.

The services here are top-notch, with very courteous staff always ready to attend to your needs. A well deserving 3-star hotel, making conscious effort to maintain standards despite old age of the edifice.

This place is really nice... the room I got had a very nice view of the mountain and it was so beautiful to look at in the morning.

Stayed here in September 2021, and chose them based on the customer reviews; honesty it WAS NOT WORTH IT. AT ALLThe hotel is way over-rated I am pained to say.The service is sub-par. Believe all the other negative reviews, it is simply bad customer service in this place.Added, the hotel is rapidly declining in infrastructure. Their Internet is very bad, the TV stations are non-existent although the rooms are manageable. That’s about it.Rated them 2/5 because its in a busy business district so if you need a cheap (its not even that cheap) hotel in the midst of the city centre, and you only need a place to sleep ... Then you may consider this hotel.Otherwise, PLEASE look for somewhere else. Its just not worth it.

Nice and Tasty food is obtainable here. Pay them a visit and experience Barcelona Hospitality.

A typical example of failed management and maintenance.Rooms are run down and dirty (see pictures). The service isnt any better. During check-out, front-desk claimed that POS was dysfunct and I should transfer into their private account. I refused and a miracle happened: The POS worked without any problems.I only give 2 stars 🌟🌟 because the rate was quite affordable.

Barcelona Hotel has great infrastructure and excellent amenities but their staffs are quite rude and untrained especially the kitchen staff.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at Beautiful hotel. Starting from the warm welcome I received from the receptionist to the beautiful room the my gave me. And I also enjoyed the fast internet in the facility. I must say that you guys are among the hotels in Abuja that have the fastest internet.. if u are reading this just give Barcelona international hotel a try and I bet u will forever remember the experience. Kudos to Barcelona hotel international

Awful. Bedsheets are white but has turned to brown, the towels are old too. The rug on the corridor are left dirty and smelly. Passing a night will make one sick.

Staff are courteous😊😊😊, but the place needs maintenance, its better than most places averagely for for its status as a 3star, the bathroom is scary and some of the walls need an uplift. Generally, the place is ok, the food is good.

The pool was okay, although it could do with a bit of cleaning. The changing room ( to use the pool) was located inside the gym. But all in all, it wasnt that bad.

You really need to do better with toiletries...

The toilet plumbing work has failed as bathing water from next room enters your bathing basin. Nice edifice and cheerful workers

Air-conditions are fully not working especially at reception areas,long darkness when NEPA IS OUT.Your gen is continually under repairs the hotel is not active as it was etc.

If I could give 0 star, I would give it a thousand times over. Stayed here for a night (Feb 7th, 2021) and it was very very horrible.The room was a dump, worse than where a homeless person would stay, super dirty bathroom, I didn’t even bother to take a bath.Worst case, the power went off at night, took almost an hour for any backup power, had to walk downstairs 5 floors to wake the staff up, including security men, for them to turn on the generator.Would not recommend to stay here even if I was paid $1m.

An easily accessible hotel in the heart of the city. Services are above average for a hotel of its size and prime location. Its one of the favourite hotels of international development partners, which says a lot about the confidence these agencies have in the hotel in terms of pricing, security and comfort of the guests being lodged there. The staff encountered were generally polite, friendly and fairly professional in the performance of their duties. I used the meeting rooms for each of my visits and the rooms were adequate for intended purpose. I cannot comment on cost and value for money as the bills for my use were picked up by sponsors. Oh, the food is not bad!

Well, its clean, security guards are shape and neatly dressed.The one thing theyre lacking is, the parking lot is always full, and they will not open the parking lot in the basement, whats the use of the basement parking lot if they dont open it up for use?
