A very big, clean and nice smelling environment hotel. You will definitely enjoy this place

Its a cool place.The pool side is very portable and cosy too.

Located along Obafemi Awolowo Way, Abuja, LAPS NEW WORLD Hotel would have merited a score of 4 points but for some obvious reasons. The Hotel is clean and is being properly maintained. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food is equally good. The parking area is however too small for a 72-room hotel. The approach to the hotel is also restricted, especially the southern end of the access road. The hawkers and other loafers would need to be resettled elsewhere.

Its a great hotel 4 floors situated on the main road, on obafemi awolowo way popularly called jabi upstairs. There is need for more maintenance. The room I used, the lights were bad, the bed is great, didnt give me a duvet, has a poolside bar with lots of parking space. Nice receptionist.

Good Things1. Staff is very friendly especially Tutu at the front desk. Also Sunny was very helpful.2. Plenty of AC and hot water.3. Room is very spacious.4. Large TV in the room.Not Good Items1. Pool was dirty.2. Room was very dark even when they replaced the burnt out light bulbs.3. Toilet was installed partially under the sink.4. Shower did not work properly.5. Card lock on room was broken so a staff member had to open it every time with a master key card.6. TV only gets 4-5 good channels and 2 of them only show soccer.7. Fridge in room freezes everything.

They had no water, nice hotel, spacious rooms, but I couldnt bathe or flush the toilets, sad reality!

Not the greatest, but manageable. I will recommend.

Ordered food from the kitchen at 11pm got it at 12 :20am. Water heater might not be working well but they left an electric kettle. Not sure if its for tea but I use fit to heat my water to bath.

The hotel is located within residential areas in Ebute Metta. I visited here to attend a friend Film launching. The pool is withing the entrance space. The bars are divided into two or three sections and each of the sections have a difference drink price. Hat was crazy I think.The staff could be at their best if they are trained on customers relations and quality service provision, but you cant give what you dont have you know.

The settings of the reception is fair enough for a 2star hotels, the security personnel are good while the outdoor swimming pool and the pool side is almost always filled up with people which may not make the swimming experience private
