Good beds,good A/Cs water enough,but some fridges are not working need to change or fix them.

Ive lodged a number of times, and will says its an okay budget hotel with good proximity to the city.. Clean rooms and fully AC and hot water when needed. However they could with improved hygiene of the toilet. Food is also delicious and affordable.

Comfortable facility, steady power supply.Terrible experience with the owner of the hotel and his treatment of guest at his hotel.I wouldnt recommend it to anyone till the customer service improves.

A cool and cozy hotel to lodge or hang out. The hotel is environmentally friendly. The atmosphere is relaxed and relaxing. The parking lot and the front is more spacious than any other hotel miles around.

Its relatively fair with the price and the bathrooms are not well maintained. Bad plumbing work. Nice environment.

Well is good

The plain small entrance belies a great interior with well delineated spacious car park. A functional swimming pool that is well maintained. Overall courteous staff. Nice looking, air conditioned compact hall for small gathering.There is need for improvement in security & safety. No wheelchair parking space, no delineated walk area for pedestrians, no closed circuit TV monitor, etc.

There was a restriction on electricity after midnight.The switches in the rooms were all screwed up as well.

I stayed here for about 3days and it was a lovely experience. I enjoyed my stay all through. However, some meals here where a little over priced while others where worth it. The room is spacious and convenient. The environment is quiet and they have really affordable rooms with Working AC .

Phoenix is a cute place. It is usually a get away place. However the staff needs some trainings on being courteous. Some of the amenities in the room have been abandoned and it seems there is no regular maintenance on the facility as the some traits could have been corrected and a seamless operations been achieved. If this is focused on then the hotel will deserve a five star then

Visited the Phoenix Hotel once , the hotel is just along the Sani Abacha road off Abuja-Keffi Road, it has some nice facility in here. Their Google My Business listing hasnt been claimed yet...

Actually in the room slept the AC was not working and the receptionist was not paying attention to my complaint.In fact I had to change hotel.Am a regular customer there and was the good service I receivedin the past that took me there.Management better do something

Phoenix hotel is located at no 8 Abuja-Keffi Rd, Mararaba, New Karu.The hotel has a screne environment. The rooms are quiet spacious and neat. The hotel also has 2 large halls for events, a restaurant,a conference hall and a swimming pool too.Do well to visit Phoenix hotel and you will be glad you did.

They have clean and lovely rooms. Their restaurant too is affordable. The environment is neat too. No night clubbing.
