Decent and fairly priced hotel in the Abuja business district. Courteous and helpful staff. I stayed in the evening executive room which was big, airy and sufficient natural lightning. Decent good as well. Breakfast on the house. I dont know if this comes with all the rooms.There was water on the bathroom floor which appeared to be a leak I couldnt be bothered about it. The doors are card entry but have no door closure units so if you forget to close your door properly, theyre chances you may leave with your room unlocked.Would call again 7/10.

Although it was very late at night so I dont really expect the stew to be so fresh.I should check the restaurant out again during peak hours for an honest review.

I was surprised to find out that an 8 flight of staircase has no lift especially as it is a hotel. How do they expect their guests to trudge through with their luggage up the flight of stairs? It was disappointing really.The rooms are spacious but they could actually do with less of the furniture therein.Ordered for snacks, took way too long to be served.Some of the staff are actually rude.

Its definitely not a family-friendly hotel. No soap or napkins in their bathrooms. sockets are not at the end of the bed, far away. I had a problem with hot water. According to the service, the price is very high. the rooms are large and big. the staff is friendly. There is no cleaning fountain in the restrom, this is a big problem. The design of the room is nice, but the faucet and the restom are not good. the location is beautiful and calm. and while I was writing these, my hot water problem was still not solved.

Amazing. Great staff, accessible location to nearby H-medix store if you need to buy stuff, there are clubs around if you need to get your groove on. The African Restaurant is handy, affordable and serves good food.On the flip side, the room 404 bed spring is feelable maybe because it is old. Music blasting from the clubs are not nice if you want a calm night.Generally, my kids loved their stay and still remembers the hotel name. I recommend Hotel Rosebud.

Its ok. Staff are very nice n friendly, cautious n respectful. Room was manageable. Didnt understand d shower, it was either too hot or cold,fridge was bad but it was changed after a complaint. Over all its actually a nice place. I would stay again but a better room tho.

Staff is very courteous and helpful. The room I stayed in needs a total overhaul though. However, because I know this hotel I am certain it was an oversight by maintenance team.

They attempted to kick my elderly parents out of a room I had paid for in full. They tried to do this in the middle of the night because they had accidentally booked someone else into the room.My parents had been in the hotel for 3 nights prior to this, before they came knocking in the middle of the night. I would not advise anyone to stay here unless they are willing to gamble with their safety.We had to threaten them with legal action before we were left alone, I still had my parents leave the hotel that night because they felt extremely unsafe. I do not recommend.

Fair.Staff not entirely straight forward. Charged me weekly rate on a weekend saying that I came through Jumia. Charged me for room service after telling me that I can have it in my room at no charge. Also said that only bread and coffee was available after telling me that another option was available. Really appeared not too friendly and exploitative.

A quaint hotel in the heart of Garki, close to the NIC and a big supermarket. They have reasonably priced and a good option of Nigerian food as well as some nice accommodation.
