The rooms have grown out of fashion, almost everything in the toilet is not working u have to Barth without shower flush the toilet manually not even foot mat in the bathroom and the receptionist are some of the worst I have ever seen it use to be nice but not any more. Remotes have no batteries.

Here is an Hotel the last time I was here was 10yrs ago and they really try so well keeping and maintaining their standard ever since then. They have restaurants, multiple halls for conferences and meetings, swimming pool and a pool side bar, extremely tiny elevator but they got 2 serving the whole building. They also have a store at the reception that could serve in house guests quick needs and doors are opened with key cards.

Its a nice hotel with modern facilities.I was there to maintain their fire alarm system

The room is spacious with functional AC and a good bed. The bathroom is big enough but its maintenance is not impressive. No foot mat at the entrance of the bathroom to prevent slipping, also the WC area needs another drain so that the splash water from the bathroom can flow into.The pool side that also serves as bar/lounge should be cleaned in the morning to prevent the odour and flies.

Hotel de Bentley is a very nice place, I really like the setting although I didnt get to see much of the surroundings, the hall is very spacious for events like, birthday parties, mini conference and wedding parties and all other medium events, the place is popular so you wont have difficulty finding it.However, inside the hall the pillers are pretty much blocking the whole actions, I doubt if anything could be done to resolve that. Overall Hotel De Bentley is a nice 👌 Hotel 👍.

The Air conditioners dont work well in the suites. The one in the room worked, the one in the sitting room wasnt, I complained all to no avail.The pool side restaurant is late with food orders. They took like almost two hours to get Chips and chicken delivered

Hotel De Bentley is s nice place, located at a very quiet place of utako Abuja. Its clean and the staff are very courteous.

Their security is awesome as well as the customer care service. Its really a cool place...

Nice place!Rooms very large and neat!Front desk and other staff friendly!Respond to requests early!Gives discount if staying for longer days (During off peak periods I think).Nice bar and plenty halls available for events!Diffrent privet lounges on diffrent floors for small busuness meetings!The only issue is that the IT guy keeps tempering with the available TV channels so I had to call everyday to complain!Didnt remember to take pictures!

The have good food. And their staffs are jovial very need .attend to customer to make sure u are satisfied. The are just too good.

My cousin had told me a lot about Hotel De Bently...I was in Abuja, recently, and thought to give the place a try, and I had no regrets at all!The room was simply beautiful; the front desk staff were professional and courteous too... I spent two nights, but almost didnt want to leave...🤫... Wish I took pictures though...

This hotel needs an over hauling,they are definitely still living on past glory...its dirty, I had to manage sleeping with a very noisy air conditioner, the bathroom gave me a scare and the food was so salty I couldnt eat it..then the mosquitoes there were out of this world and everyone just seemed non challant in discharging their duties. I was here on an official meeting, and couldnt wait to leave

Yall wont believe I held the handle of the entrance door and it came off as in it legit pulled of . That one shock me . Highlight of the day . Hotel seems old and I stood at the reception for awhile before someone answered me. .

The water supply in the bathroom needs to be looked on. Water seizes for hours and comes back on after making one or two calls to rectify it, and this happened in my previous stay too.

The place is okay just up to the front office. When lodging in the rooms service quality rapidly deteriorates. Rooms and basic facilities are fair besides being spacious enough to do quick indoor workouts like jumping rope. Light sleepers should watch out for noisy air conditioning.

A good hotel to stay. The members of staff, especially the front desk folks offer excellent service. They are helpful and friendly Well planned structure and very fine from outside, especially by night. But the hotels maintenance culture is not the best available. Broken shower heads, some stained WCs and old noisy AC. It can only get better.
