Facility is okay; decent furnishing, comfortable bed, clean cotton sheets, great bathroom fittings, good water pressure, easy to access location.On the flip side, service is poor (especially from the light-skinned female receptionist who doesn’t bother herself with customer needs), breakfast was rubbish, WiFi is dysfunctional, TV stations are very limited with poor picture quality, external facade lacks aesthetic appeal.Moderate value for money.

If I could rate a zero star, I would.This hotel has fallen so much from the high standard I associated with it.I am currently staying here, but checking out today.My first morning, I waited 2 hours before the hotel was able to provide bathing soap. Apparently, they had run out and had only sent someone to go buy.If you are in Abuja for a work trip and intend to have virtual meetings from this hotel, just go someplace else. The internet speed is frustrating. I ended up using mobile hotspot for most of my meetings.The TV channels available are an absolute disaster. A hotel of this standard has no capacity to watch live football even on a Champions league night, I ended up streaming the games I wanted to watch using my mobile data once more. You have a total of 6 TV stations to choose from, so dont expect to come here if you enjoy watching TV.I got a room on the ground floor and the vacuum cleaner kept going on at all hours, didnt matter if it was 2pm or 4am. You would hear the very loud vacuum cleaner, so even getting some sleep was a huge task.The staff were quite helpful, but the services were poor at the very best. I will not be staying here again and will advice anyone to spend their hard-earned money elsewhere.

Very comfortable apartment in a serene part of Wuse 2 Abuja. The current manager during my stay was very nice and he would always put the comfort of his guest as priority. The mattress has two sides, one which is very cosy and the other a bit harder based on the preference of the guest. This place comes with breakfast and has a functional restaurant. A couple of food vendors and grocery stores are within walking distance. I strongly recommend

Comfy room. Spacious. Clean. Cordial staff. Restaurant menu options were very limited and for my first 2 nights, half the items on the menu were unavailable. Gym is spartan and there are no lifts despite the 4,5 floors of this building. The one reason I might head back though is its proximity to city centre.

This is one of the best hotel/lodge I have seen so far. The rooms are beautifully and tastefully furnished. Power is very constant. Buffet breakfast is very tasty. The staff are courteous and well trained.

Spent 4 nights in this property! Excellent location in the heart of the city, this nice and understated boutique hotel is just what is needed. The service is good, and the staff are friendly and polite. The room is spacious and well lit and the bathroom is amazing- clean granite, modern minimalist design , and the shower water pressure is the enjoyable

The hotel has really nice rooms, quite spacious and neat. I like the size of the beds and the design of the bathrooms.The hotel service is good, the am quite taken with design on the corridors.Availability of rooms is a problem though, especially on the weekends. Best to call ahead of time to book.

I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel has small rooms that are very affordable (30000 per night).The parking lot is small, can park maybe 15 cars. Like most other hotels, they offer complimentary breakfast. Room service costs 500 naira.Overall the hotel is not bad for its price.

This hotel is situated in a really nice and quiet environment. The location is literally in the centre of the city. The staffs well trained. They are very pleasant and helpful. Hotel rooms are spacious. Bathrooms are very very neat. Other facilities are very well maintained. I would definitely stay here again.
