This hospital is located in a very serene area of Life Camp. At first glance you won’t even know it is a hospital. Even when you drive in, it is so clean and tidy, very well organized, hardly would you see patients hanging outside, no delays compared to general hospital, relatively affordable, that is, it depends on what took you there. They medical officers are courteous and intuitive. However, in my opinion, some the medical officers are quite young and lack some level of expertise and if you’re older, you may not really trust their capabilities. But you’re in luck if your appointment is with some of the older hands eg the MD, they take everything into consideration.Nonetheless, I give them five stars because their practice is great generally.

El Rapha is one of the most comfortable hospitals I’ve been to. It’s clean, smells nice (doesn’t smell like a hospital ). The staff are professional , kind, very welcoming and helpful. The doctors are easy to talk to and very good at their jobs. I’ve had only great experiences with them over the years and same goes for everyone I’ve referred there.

Fantastic experience and very customer (patient)-centric hospital. My wife and I were extremely satisfied and pleased with the way the staff pushed for excellence in all they did. This is rare in Nigerian establishments, especially hospitals.Great culture and I do hope you guys will keep its up.

I had my baby at El Rapha and it was a fantastic experience. Doctors and nurses were professional and always attentive to any question, issue or complaint. The facilities are clean with 24/7 attention to patients.

El-Rapha is one of its kind! The services offered here are services offered by renowned specialist hospitals of the world. It is located is a very serene environment. The architecture is so designed such that the building merges with nature, if the signpost was not outside the hospital building, you would think it was a residential apartment. It is managed by security who are on guard 24-7.It is a beautiful place.

My friend was admitted here recently and the kind of care they give to patients is one that I have not seen in a while. The nurses are well mannered and wards and environment are cool though their charges is on the high side but its worth.

The beautiful thing about the hospital is their attention to detail. The environment is very serene and conducive.

A really nice building with wheelchair accessible entrance. Clean patient rooms, hand sanitizers everywhere and handwashing stations close to the entrances.Nurses are friendly and knowledgeable. Doctors and nurses are patient and take time to answer and explain things to inquisitive first time parents such as me.Hard to think of anything wrong as it was an all round pleasant experience for me and my family.

So Sufficient and Reliable, El-Rapha Hospitals is truly the best hospital in Abuja. The environment is serene,the staff are friendly and cheerful and the doctors are really the best at what they do. My family and I are proudly Elraphans!!
