My experience was not pleasant. We were there during the heat of the pandemic in 2020, yet there were no covid 19 preventive measures applied. For instance, the glass door at the entrance to the reception will not be wiped in a complete month, even when I pointed that to the staff of the clinic.Apart from the MD, the medical doctors are all novice who are either waiting for mandatory national service or doing the housemanship.My brother’s surgery did not go well. There was no pre counseling and the MD was not forthcoming with post-ops. details, especially for a 26-year-old who walked into the facility on his own.Apart from three of the nurses who are clearly on top of their games, the rest are incompetent and there are some that will fabricate patients records... I spent about 6 months post-surgery at the facility.

Very neat environment, world class equipment and staff efficiency,precise treatment and very understanding and humane medical personnel
