Good enough hotel but definitely not up to European standards. The kitchen staff are crooks. You pay different price from whats in the menu. Beware of the kitchen staff !

I loved the reception from the staff, from the phone call I put across to them and then being physically present there. It was a fabulous stay, power throughout, tidy room with everything working and their meal was fantastic as well.Surely would recommend them especially to those going for interviews at the Embassy for proximity (its just a stone throw from Nicon Luxury Hotel), ease of movement and simple comfort. Keep it up Xcence!

Very average prices. Nothing has changed since I was last here 8 years ago.The location gives a good location if youre in town for business around Garki 2.

The experience here is as good as your money, the ambience is not top notch but it is alright, the staff are really nice and well behaved and there is constant power supply 😁

Tried to use space here to run a seminar. Turned out we were expecting more people than the space could take so the event held somewhere else. 4 stars because the lady at the front desk was very courteous and helpful.

Wi-Fi and power is very much available and smooth here. Staff are friendly and nice but some are dubious. Hotel needs upgrade though. Food is on point and satisfies you. Quiet place to hide and rest 😁😁😁

This place not impressive, low standards, its not value for your money. But if you looking to just lay down your head for the night not minding the shabby nature of the room which are quite small and the bathroom not so good... The standard of cleanliness of the place is quite poor so put this into consideration when try to lodge.

Comfortable with delicious meals. Theres also a barbers shop. There are supermarkets and worship close by.

The rooms are small. The staff unprofessional and loud. They had only one teapot in the entire building. Also the room walls are so thin you can hear everyone come and go, even conversations. Most horrid night I ever spent in a hotel.
