Its manageable and they are trying

I lodged here for a contract job that is supposed to last for two months. As at the time of writing this review, I was still here, and had just gone to work without taking a shower beacause there was no water.The hotel is in a good environment but they have an ultra poor management system.Although, the room prices are cheap for an hotel in that location, but be ready for anything if you plan to lodge there.

A decent place to stay and very affordable considering its proximity to the city centre. Also houses families for longer stay

Worst hotel I have stayed in Abuja. No water, the bed is very uncomfortable, the bedsheets are dirty and looked as if it hadnt been changed. The receptionist is very unfriendly and unreliable. The towels are old and dirty. Cant recommend the guest house for anybody.

The place needs a lot of improvement in terms of hygiene, ambience and customer relations culture!
