The Apartment was clean, the male staffs were helpful and nice. Food order was fast with free breakfast. I enjoyed my stay as it was peaceful and the location was stress free in getting to anywhere around the city. Bolt rides were easily accessible. Although I was stuck with watching Africa Magic epic throughout my stay the management said they don’t have other DSTV channels, Also I couldn’t connect to their WiFi, so make sure you have mobile data or a MiFi. Overall it’s a nice place to stay and quite affordable. I would recommend!

I totally dont recommend it. I had made a reservation by phone a week ahead. I made sure to ask if I could payon arrival and. I was told Yes. I also sent a reminder message on day of my arrival. I got there about 6pm to find there was no available room. Nobody took responsibility for the faux pas. The receptionist and manager were totally unconcerned. It was a terrible experience.

The most arrogant receptionist ever encountered. Not fit for customer service. Was rude from start to finish. No toilet seat and the ac wasn’t working. When we complained, we were told to leave if we don’t like it and told rudely to. Which we did gladly. Very unfriendly place

This guest house is in a good location, close to the city centre. However, its not easily acessible as there are no signs for direction. Its location is a bit hidden. But once you find it....it will be easier next time.The place was clean and the staff were helpful. Their meals are also affordable. Its good value for money. I will visit again

Booked through travel start and got a tasteless looking room. Bathroom had no door, bathroom tap was leaking and kept making thw floor wet. Requested to change room but they wouldnt oblige because it was the only room I could get since I ordered through Travel start.

Friendly people. Nothing out of the ordinary, a 70% for cleanliness. A generally ok place (if you are simply looking for where to crash the night and not necessarily have a hospitality experience). Shower in my room did not work so i had to use a bucket and bailer... I RECOMMEND IT!

I didnt really like the receptionist approach.

The rooms are neat and well furnished, very helpful staff and a very serene environment,I experience no power outages, they had cable TV, proper room air conditioning and a water heater. They even allowed me to stay a bit cos my flight was far from 12 noon(checkout time).During my stay they had some water issues but a call to the front desk rectified it. It was a really good stay for me.

2 Star is probably harsh but this is too closely knit together, to give you Safety assurances, in the event of an emergency. It is a hide away, if you want to be hidden, confidentiality... Parking is tight and would require some Guide to direct and ensure you dont scratch yours or somebody elses vehicle. Didnt require help from Reception, so nothing about staff conduct.

Really good, I would definitely stay here when next Im in Abuja.Clean bathroom, constant power supply, ac works well and doesnt make noise. Calm quiet environment. Courteous staff.Also the manager let me stay an hour past checkout time because my flight was delayed, not alot of people would do that for you.Overall, my power mike experience was good.

Its really affordable and decent for travellers on a tight budget. The single room is pretty small but the toilet was really clean and the shower had hot water. The rooms vary from 5k - 13k depending on your budget. I stayed in a 7k room and it was cool.

Hotel itself is very good. Rooms are clean and spacious. But when we was there , other guests was very loud so we had to change hotel next day. Its near Diplomatic garden, where people can have like local dishes like suya or pepper soup. Overall hotel is good for the money. Location is good.

My access to the location was quite easy. Decent staff and environment. Smart security personnels.

If you are looking for cheap with no frills this is where to go. Clean but dont expect any extras. Definitely a good choice if you are on a budget

Pleasantly surprised to find this guest house really clean and comfortable. Have to admit that I was put off by the name of the lodging (found it on Air BnB), but for the price (less than #12000 per night for a standard room), I totally had to check it out.It’s so well kept! The amenities are the bare minimum but adequate, bathrooms are clean. Power was supplied by a standby industrial generator augmenting the grid, while I was there..There’s ample parking space, but no true conference room. The hall available seats about a 100-150 people, and is available for rent, at 50000/day.

Its a nice guess house and also affordable... The have a nice bar and their meals are equally good.

I just checked in and so far all I can say is well done, great job... The room is a bit small but that apart, it is awesomely highly recommended. They have very helpful staff too..

This guest house is cost efficient and the facility is just great. Moreover, the staffs are great too. Had a great time. If you are looking forwards to an event at the ICC (International Conference Centre) and youre on a budget this is just the place for you. The guest house is just a low budget one as the price suggests. I was disappointed with the bedsheets because they were so dirty. I guess it was carried over from the previous guest without any change. The plates used to serve food were horrible. The food looked like mama put package and the quality didnt match the price. I only endured because I stayed for only two (2) nights. If youre particular about good and optimal service, please look for somewhere else.

Experience not pleasing. Toilet have no door, noise from passengers and motor boys on the main road disturbing, the mantras too soft, noise in and around hotel by workers, part of hotel used as residence, tv stations are rationed, intercom not functioning. Environment not friendly and homely.

The place is naturally secluded and quiet. The rooms are designed and arranged modestly. The issues is however ventilation and visibility of some rooms to the outside by the way of construction. Moreover, the staff are not properly trained to extend courtesy to customers or may be they are from tribes that doesnt understand the language of hospitality industry.
