Seriously I am fed up with PTAD services, this is five years that we were verified and nothing have been done, no payment, update or anything we are just there. I have put so many calls, mails and text messages but to no avail.

Scarce parking space with the guards only able to afford you one if you are willing to part with a token. Too highbrow an area for the people it is meant to serve, the pensioners.
Like a reviewer noted, I like how easy it is to navigate the website of PTAD. Its head of communication, Ms Amaechi is an awesome individual. Shes helped me with my fathers pension issues. You can also easily contact any of their branches.
