A complex with multiple shots on site. The large parking space is a good idea for the complex considering the influx of people to the market. There are several shops including business centres, pharmacy store, fashion store, cafe, laundry store, mini superstore etc.The complex proximity to the road makes it easy to access for none residents but that also causes rowdy ness at the entrance gate especially on Friday when the Muslims go and pray. A good part of the market is that despite being an Abuja Management market, they dont collect fees to drive in.

Neat environment, good security, houses are demarcated and easy to find, different route leading to different axis. theres a plaza close to the entrance with a Restaurant,saloon, boutique, stores you can get few households stuffs. The plaza has a good parking space with a go in and out chicken dine in.

Its a clean estate but the security was not it, a bomb could be taken in there and no one would know till it was set off, cars could go in and come out without being checked which is why its getting 3 stars but aside that its a beautiful estate, not necessarily 100 percent clean but its still manageable

Abuja has got so many places for the deep-pocketed and those willing to invest in properties. Once served as the Legislative Quarters for the Legislators of the 4th Republic, however, learnt there was change of ownership. Still maintained it reputation for Taste.

They have very good network of roads all through the zones in Apo legislative quarters. Its not hard to find your way once you get the directions right.

I think these are one of the first buildings in Apo. If you are looking for a very neigbourly areas this is it. Down side is that it is clustered. But you would definitely know your neighbours and all their secrets.😂😂😂
