Johnny rockets has to have the best burger I’ve eaten in awhile in Abuja . Although a bit pricey . Least burger is 4200. Fries 2k and Oreos milkshake 3900 .But I think it’s worth it . The ambiance tho .I’m obsessed with vintage aesthetic and Johnny rockets is the full package .

First off, burgers are super pricey - and not worth it. The bun is good (missing sesame seeds but overall, okay), meat is not spicey (if thats what youd prefer), it lacks lots of seasoning to power through the taste and sauces used were used super economically. Only veggie that tastes are the jalapenõs and we certainly couldnt find the cheese in all of it. A lot more could have been done.The space is just like some of its other locations outside the country but some of what give it the diner feel arent available for you to play with (the music you select with quarter dollars, etc). Upstairs is a lounge so it fits for both worlds, if thats what youre looking for.We remain on the hunt for Abujas best burger.

Speaking of contemporary joints from the 70s!They have a very attractive menu of sandwiches, burgers and fries!They also have an array of shakes that will blow your taste buds!Serving time is also OK. Im waiting to have a taste of the burger I ordered...Smoke house! And as I typed...it landed!They try to maintain same standard as their branches abroad.This branch has a bar upstairs and need I say...it suits football lovers!

The burger was absolutely lovely. Soft bun with tender beef and turkey bacon. The burger had an almost identical taste as the one i had outside the country.

It was a good ride and time effectively good!The only issue was how ended up having a bill of additional ₦180.00 making my bill ₦2,400 from original tariff of ₦2,220.00 from Lugbe to International Airport, Abuja. Though it wasnt outrageous but I wish to know was responsible for the jump.

When you as where to get the best burger in Abuja, this place is the first to come to mind. They have been able to maintain their high standards over the years. The Inside looks better than the exterior. The customer service is exceptional. I will consider this place an upscale. They have a sport bar located in the upper floor, that is beautifully decorated with Jersey of main football clubs, with many TV screens, a bar for cocktails, wine, beer and other alcoholic drinks.

I visited the Johnny Rockets with high anticipation and I was NOT disappointed!Being my first time, it took a while to make a choice but I eventually went for the signature Rocket Double hamburger with cheddar cheese, fresh tomato ... at a price that was well, worth it (but expensive). Waiting time was fantastic - less than 5mins.My choice of shake was the hand-spun Oreo Cookies and Cream Shake! I loved every straw of it. Id highly recommend every burger lover to check here.

The milkshakes are the best milkshakes Ive had in all of Abuja. My favourite one is the peanut butter chocolate one, so thick and creamy and luscious. A little bit on the pricey side but I think it is definitely worth the amount you pay for it. Their burgers are great, the right consistency and youre bound to enjoy it. My only tick is that it doesnt come with fries, you have to order the burger and then order a side separately which is odd. The waitress was slightly rude but Ill put that to Abuja being unbearably hot and everybody being cranky as a result.

Im not a beef person but Im sure youll love the burgers. The whole scene was great, very 1950s diner and I would definitely visit again. 😊

The staff are friendly and the food was really good. I love love loved the milkshakes. The only setback people might face is the pricing which is really on the high side for the average person. But with that quality, I think its definitely worth trying.

I just had to come dine here when I heard about their fries 🍟,burgers 🍔 & milkshakes which was a delight. I love the old school theme going on there like a diner feel & the very friendly staffers. Clean, quiet, warm environment with tasty meals.

Second time here @ Johnny Rockets and it still has the great burger feeling from three years ago. Sadly the burgers are still very pricey and could turn off a lot of people.The 50s ambience is still there but I think they have more staff chatting away than customers. Maybe bring down the burger price? Lol.The jukebox which we expected to operate from our table wasn’t functioning and we only got music as we stepped out. Another turn off.I believe the happening place in here is the lounge above. Next visit will definitely be up there coz the burger spot wasn’t doing it for me at all.Happy staff and the waitress who attended to us was very helpful with the menu and also patient.

I visited during covid so you could only get order and go then. It is really expensive and it is expensive anyway but if you like Johnny Rockets, price will not be a problem to you

Whenever I have money!! Jonny Rocket is the best place to have amazing burger. The milk shakes is simply the best.. the upstairs is the best place to watch football. I like the whole setting and I recommend. So if you are looking for a cool place to have your great burger, I can only recommend this place. If you want to watch football outside your home, just go straight up there. You have your beer and chop life😄😄

I love the milkshake, especially the oreos n Hershey. The chilli beef fries are good. I would recommend any day. The burger too is good but Ive had better. Overall good experience

Okay so I come here with friends other burger double and smoke double as seen as gigantic on pic and when delivered it looks like......so depressing and disappointing....and the bacon is just that little chunk my finger is holding...thats it 5k each....really. Go to the burger place by NPHCDA just by cherries...you get better value for money.

Nice place ...has the pub like atmosphere nice drinks and food mainly burgers fries and stuff.

Waiters were courteous and pleasant, delivery was fast, food and drinks were great. It was an unforgettable experience.

Authentic Johnny Rockets right in the middle of Nigeria! The burgers and shakes are good (although a bit expensive) and everything tastes like the American counterpart.The upstairs bar is great but they were out of most of the beers on the menu. No matter since the service was friendly and there were a bunch of t.v.s showing all kinds of sports.Recommended at least once if youre visiting as its definitely worth the experience.

Love the sports bar and the retro ambience of the place. The burger is good although ridiculously overpriced. The service is usually ok although the waiters are sometimes not so attentive, once ordered a burger without onions but I was served with a burger WITH onions, I complained and the burger was taken away and brought back messy. It was apparent that they removed the onions and re-wrapped the burger. It was really strange and I had to insist on a fresh order. The cocktails and mocktails are really good. It’s a nice chill spot especially after work on a weekday.

It was awesome, it had the an ambience similar to that in the Stranger things series. And the food is amazing, as always

The manager and the staff are very warm and friendly. The waitress who served us knew the dishes and drinks on the menu and could give advice on the best combo for our group. We were treated to a Johnny Rockets dance which was nice. 😁

Its a cool place to dine with privacy but its a bit pricy. Same stuff can be gotten from Junk yard at a cheaper rate. My opinion anyway.But please go on a day of celebration. The customer relation will be on another level that day 😜😜😜

I ordered an oreo and cream milkshake, its the worst, most watery shake I have ever had. Maybe the other listings on their menu are great, bit I advice, dont ever go for the milkshake if you have a palate that can decipher good quality.

Nice place to chow on good burgers

I had the naija way double chicken burger. Kinda like a chicken suya burger and it was so good. Super juicy and very spicy, just the way I like it. Staff was pretty good and very attentive. The food took about 10 mins to get to me. There wasnt a rush though. So it might take longer during rush hour.

Its a cool relaxation spot. Great for night hangouts.

Very decent sport bar. Showing all sort of games. The burger is 5 star. The milk shake is 5 star but the chicken wings is nothing to write home about. Good beers and draft Heineken available.Manager Ryan is an excellent host

I absolutely loved the ambience. Must visit for foot ball lovers and game nights with different huge screens to show different games to suit your choice. I did try the chicken wings, great choice after some cold beers 😂😍

Nice eating place for those of you who love junk food. Great burger and juice (artificial though). If you are a lover of sports, then its a place for you to watch live and recap soccer matches, rugby, tennis, wrestling, dog race, all on TV. I hear theyve got a nice milk shake thats quite filling (already had a pineapple juice, so I didnt have the opportunity to taste this). A nice place to hang out with friends, especially if youve got foreign friends. Good place. I didnt perceive cigarette smoke indoors. Hold your cash though, its fairly expensive.

Best sports bar in town!!!! Anytime I think to watch a match I go here. And heres the best part, they show other sports too. Burgers are divine, cocktails are glorious lool and the staff are just lovely. However, its quite pricey compared to others but I promise its worth it

The burgers are an absolute delight, not a hunger buster though as you find yourself craving a huge meal after some minutes. It is called a snack for a reason. Can be a bit pricey, way more if youre presently suffering from Buharis policies.All in all, one of the best burgers in town served the American way.

Love the oldies jukebox with the old songs.The staff wear uniforms and seem organised.The ground floor is brighter than the first floor as that has the bar.Not good for children as the smoke from upstairs filters down and makes nonsmokers quite uncomfortable downstairs.Nice burgers, fries and hot chocolate.

Great food, great ambiance! Pricey but so worth it. The staff seem demotivated for some reason though. Not once did I get even a forced smile out of anyone. They were too business for my liking. I was so put off by the reception that I seriously cant wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone whos having a stressful day and wants to go chill cos theyll give u the chills and take away from how great this place is.

Retro 1950s look. An OK menu, portion sizes a little small, moderate tasting meal. Adequate parking space, nice decor.

I enjoyed the place. Wonderful, awesome. I liked the setting and the offering. Its a nice place to chill anytime of the day but I didnt like the location and environment. Jonny Rockets get a better location in Abuja and ensure you have ample parking. Just that what you have at the present location and put in the new location and you will do well.

What can I say, it was like stepping back into a 1950s burger bar. The furniture and fittings were in keeping, and the menu, that typical of fast food restaurant back then, including milk shakes, which was all great. The staff were dressed appropriately for the 50s, and the service was timely and enjoyable. Great service and recommended.

Really love the retro look here though!Had expected to see the waitresses wearing skate shoes...lol!I feel this outlet is overrated as the meals are overpriced.
