The services at DHL was great. They maintained good hygiene and provided sanitizers.They also observed social distancing by marking chairs where you cant sit.They were fast in receiving and documenting my package.The staff even asked if I preferred AC or fan when she noticed I was hot. I chose fan and she put it on facing me.Great service 👍

Its a small office but it delivers really fast, its located in an area not too hard to locate, and in the heart of one of the most commercialized areas in the federal capital territory. One of the most intriguing things about the office is that its customer service response is highly complementary, and its workers know how to handle a customer right.

I was happy with the service I received at this branch. The Customer Care Rep, Gladys by name was amiable when she attended to me and other Customers. Their payment options vary from Cash, to POS to GT Merchant Code. Time spent wasnt up to 10 minutes.Why I didnt give them a 5 star review was because of the GT Merchant Code Payment I used. After paying, GTBank sends alerts to the Customer Care reps notifying them of payments made. I was delayed because the alert didnt get to the Customer Care Rep on time. I had to forward the alert I got from my mail to her, and she forwarded to her office to get confirmation, before I could leave.This aside, I enjoyed their services, and would definitely recommend it to others.
