This is a small estate with beautiful environment, the apartments are good.A nice estate for parents who wants to train their kids/children in the right.I am sure youll like this place.

Terrible Security guards that disallowed owner of a house in the estate to enter into the estate with his new mattress. Due to non payment of a double charge of tax . His tenant has already paid on behalf of the compound. But the security claimed that eventhough the land lord is not staying there but if he can come and spend an hour or sleep for one day in a year in the BQ he must also pay a tax of 24k equal to the tenant. An Extortion from a servant to his master.

Good estate, very safe, good security, quite stable electricity supply, good facilities inside the estate, estate road is good, serene and clean environment, small neighborhood shops, open air restaurant and TV viewing center for soccer lovers. However, poor access road into the estate, and some houses need renovation
