It located within Garki II by Jevinik and is quite accessible as its on a major street. Quite a cozy place to shop, as it is air-conditioned and shoppers can move freely through the shop. Located close to Elsalem Estate, great Access road. Security on point , with hair salon, barbers shop ,local grocery store. You also buy local food stuff,roasted corn and other delicacies close by.

Ive been living here since 2011 and I can say its simply the most serene estate in the whole of Lugbe and its environ. Accessible road within the estate is what we hope happens soonest

A very cool, quiet and fine residential estate located in a serene environment. Has a shopping mall, church, mosque and a mini bar for everyday relaxation.

Directions to this place is somewhat difficult without assistance.

Beautiful serene environment not far from the city center, directly opposite Federal Housing Authority Estate, Lugbe. A wonderful layout with easily accessible roads.

Do you really want to look good? Then this should be your first bus stop

The Estate is conducive but the roads are poor. Not suitable if you do not have a vehicle as it is more than 40 minutes walking distance away from the major road.

Penthouse Estate is one of the best Estates in lugbe (though next to Riverpark Estate) good access road made of interlocks, tight security, I say that will all confidence. However, their are no leisure facilities nor hangout spots. Otherwise it is a perfect residential estate.

Well secured estate, organised security, motorable roads. Even at 12midnight the security were all at alert.I dont know much about their power,if they have regular power supply or not but the few times I have entered the estate late at nite the major streets were all lightened up.The buildings looked well built and solid unlike some estates..

A good middle class gated estate consisting of mostly bungalows in untarred and unlighted streets with manned security at the gates. could do with electronic surveillance systems, drainages and street lights to upgrade the place.
