It is a nice estate, located not far from town. I like the Estate because it is well structured, fully secured and organized. The route within the estates is on point though the road leading to the Estate is still under construction

Lovely new estate in Abuja. Serene environment with matching buildings in semidetached, detached and bungalows.The estate comes with a proposed clinic, mini mall, playground and an already existing school. Security is very tight both day and night, roads are perfect, drainage etc all on point. Connecting roads may be a little bad depending on where you are linking from but overall a great place to live in Abuja. Totally recommended for anyone looking to live in a clean and peaceful environment.

New homes and apartment building of 2 to 3 bedrooms for rent but quite expensive. They have good security and the architecture of the building and landscape of the estate is top notch. Very comfortable interiors, well spaced out bedrooms and kitchen, for singles and large families alike.
