Not so bad an estate. Although with confusing map and street names, they have a good neighborhood. The only thing to look out for which is really disturbing is the high breeding ground for mosquitoes owing to the canal and bushes around. Hence, it’s a lovely place. All bungalows and the security level is not so up. Anyone can come in and go out at will.

The houses are okay. Small sized building and closely built. The estate has everything one needs from a gymnasium, salon, business centre, supermarket and an open grill.

It has most of the necessary amenities. There is a Hospital, ATM machines, a lounge with swimming pool, a mini market and stores, a Church, a mosque and a park. A Gas/filling station is being built. Citec estate is like a community on its own

Calm. Constant electricity. I fell they need more than just one service centre for ATM activities. One down side is how I noticed shops close down early. By 9:30 to 10pm its challenging trying to buy nothing from the stores.

Citec estate is a pleasant living environment, it is easily assessible to other destinations and within it is a lounge, pool, pastry shop, restaurant, gym, church, school and a shopping plaza with salons, gift shops, supermarkets, pharmacy etc.

Its a beautiful place to live, however the lack of perimeter fence allows unwanted personalities easy access. Also the fact that painted taxis arent allowed into the estate makes commutting a big challenge.

Mbora developed this estate, one of many.This estate is popular to many. They have 3 different malls, a lounge, a pool, childrens playground.Karate classes for kids, okay roads but too many speed humps.If you use an exotic cars, get another option.Electricity is more like 80/20 daily

Very disturbing security issues and vulnerabilities, porous boundaries. Facility Management upgrade is urgently needed. Moreover the festive season is here, Street patrolling should be intensified.

Yeah it a good and clean environment but it not well security safet because in my house I know how many times thiefs have come and we never see them all we can know is that the next day things are missing. So please we need real securities, our bicycle have been stolen SIX bicycle, the first one was FIVE and the second one now is ONE PLEASE the should do something about it

Reasonably safe but the houses are old and not solid.They look beautiful on the outside but you cannot even drive in a nail into the wall without it falling apart.Some owners however have done extensive works on their property , but a good number of the buildings need intensive work to be done on them.The lay out of the estate is welcoming and beatific. It has also a good supermarket area with Atm, but they need to think of a gym.

Used to look at it from the gate and shudder until I drove in and realised there is amazing architecture here that has largely gone unnoticed.... Quiet, serene and very lush green surroundings. One of the few estates that has lots of trees and I found a little barkery at there shopping complex that makes the most amazing fruit bread.

A relatively posh estate, the houses here are quite luxurious, the streets are well laid, good drainage, street lights, security men at the gate and best of all, there are tall trees so the air is fresh and clean. Close to town just by Jabi junction but away from the hustle and bustle. Also closer to the airport and the Idu rail station. There is a gas station not far from the entrance. There are places of worship too. There is a shopping centre to purchase small things here and there. Seems most of the occupants are owners tooOverall a good place of residence in the Federal Capital Territory.
