Authentic Hong Kong style café restaurant. Unfortunately or fortunately when I went it was 90% empty probably due to Covid restrictions. There was only one waitress serving the entire restaurant and it was very difficult to call her to place an order because she established herself at the front where she was not visible. The food quality was excellent and the interior ambience was excellent.

I was so hungry on this fateful day and I saw on ig this place called Charme Restaurant so I tried it with a friend. Lovely serene the food was basic I didn’t understand the rice but they had good service.

I loved it, from the tea store to the supermarket to the awesome restaurant upstairs!! 5 stars. (The food does take a while but its totally worth it!)

I loved everything about the interior, (I got lost in admiration that I forgot to take photos 😂 so photos of the interior are video screenshots 😭) the Chinese art work, lamps and everything is beautiful. They also have a rooftop area which is soooo cool, they also have high chairs for kids 🥺•SPACEThey have an ok parking space and you can also park outside on high influx days.•SERVICETheir service was quite great, our tea took some time but it gave us room to admire the view and trust me, the see through wall does show a beautiful view and the outdoor stairway too 😍•FOODTheir teas range from 1200-3500 and extras come at a fee (check posts for menu).The menu at restaurant ranges from as low as 3000 (pretty affordable if you ask me)•REVIEWI truly truly love this space, I’d definitely recommend here for a good Asian meal as I’ve heard good things. CHARME supermarket and restaurant.Located at 41 Gana street, maitama Abuja.Charme restaurant is a classy and serene spot that serves a variety of Chinese cuisine.The place has a nice voluminous indoor space and also an outdoor section, a balcony where you could sit out and eat or also take pictures.AMBIANCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE;The ambiance is peaceful and welcoming, the waiters were eager and ready to serve and the traditional Chinese music softly playing at the backgroung took the dining experience to another level.Food:We ordered a customers favorite of-Chicken fried rice- 2500-Beef sauce - 4500-Sunset Mocktail- 3500-Chapman- 3000-Oreo bubble tea(large)- 3100I would rate the food a 7 out of 10, it was really tasty. The chicken fried rice was a good pick and blended well with the beef sauce.They could have done a better job with the sauce tho, the sauce mainly consisted of the beef and vegetables and less sauce base and the beef was a bit chewy.The drinks were in big glasses and were so good ! so a 10 for that and the Oreo bubble shake wasnt exactly what we expected. The food was really nice though the wait period was a bit long. Do not order for the strawberry milkshake. It tasted like strawberry flavoured water (very VERY watery) and it had like zero sugar in it. Waste of money.Very beautiful restaurant with all the space in the world.Cautious staff.The added service charge cost was a tad ridiculous. Isnt VAT enough for you guys?

Restaraunt ambiance was good. Service was average, food below average for this price point. I ordered ribs and got bacon bits in a kind of Chinese sauce. Left a lot to be desired. The supermarket was great. One of the better ones in Abuja

This Chinese restaurant is just like a Pretty Woman without manners & behavior.Pretty place, tasty food that takes forever, service very very poor, cold food was served. No respect for time frame!! Waiters are not trained. A table for just 2 people that ordered food at the same time was served at different times with a time frame of 30 minutes in between. So disappointed in short!!

They are customer oriented...and its like they read there customers mind...there food is always fresh and there service foreign and classic.

Its a Chinese product packed supermarket, the restaurant is Chinese cuisine and at the tea corner its also Chinese balboa milk tea and its the best Ive had compared to the bubble tea so if youre into Chinese shopping, food and tea?! Its definitely your go to😁

I visited the restaurant not the supermarket. Lovely decor, friendly atmosphere, and wonderful staff. The food took a little time but believe me it wasnt worth the wait.

The supermarket needs to improve. Charme is a great shop that has lots of items that cant be found elsewhere in Maitama, but every visit takes a very long time due to poor organisation. Many items have no price on them, those that are priced are then a different price at the till. At the till they are never able to give change and it then takes a very long time to be given your cash back. This experience has happened to me about 5 times now.What should be a quick and convenient shopping trip to pick up a few items becomes a needlessly long process that always seems to have about 5 members of staff getting involved.

OMG!!! I love this place. This Chinese restaurant has amazing food and the ambience is top-notch. I definitely recommend for a nice dining experience.

For now this is the best Chinese restaurant in Gana Street in terms of design, customer service and pricing. I can not vouch for their quality of meal as I have only tried 2 menu items which are not so impressive. The place is very spacious and cosy. It is food for both group or personal outing. Their prices are quite reasonable. The is only a staircase access to the restaurant meaning it is not wheelchair accessible.

When you shop always be careful check again and again they dont know how to price and how to correct their mistake and waste time .kindly warned 3 times same stories happened . They dont pay your money back immediately gives hell of stories and proceduresAnd check the labels most of them are double expensive from other supermarkets and always check your bill in cashier they dont know how to apply keep doing same mistakes

It took me 32 years, but Ive finally found the restaurant with the worst service in all of Nigeria, waiter messed up the order and main dishes were served before the starters, some of the food was cold, and for a Chinese restaurant that is very unacceptable. Food isnt even that good. I wouldnt advise anyone to come here, Abuja is filled with many other better Chinese restaurants with far better service. Also one thing I noticed, the dumplings they serve there are packaged frozen dumplings that they sell in their supermarket located below the restaurant, it baffles me how this place is still in business.

The bubble tea is AMAZING!!!! The restaurant is super spacious and very pro-social distancing. Food is amazing and huge in portion sizes.

Service was slow, even though the place was empty, the food was basic and most of their options were not available..had the tiramisu for dessert and for four thousand naira I was given a finger of cake..

The supermarket on the first floor sells Korean ingredients such as ramen and gochujang. But the price is outrageous.The Chinese restaurant on the second floor is one of the best in Abuja.
