The location of this restaurant is very serene. It was easy to locate if you follow the map and the ambience of the place was generally good. The restaurant is at the top floor giving both indoor and on the roof dining experience. The waiters were polite, the food was good and it was a lovely place to take pictures. Downsides: the wait time was soooooo long! We waited hours for our meals to arrive , it was tiring. The drinks weren’t all that nice too except for the fruit punch. Their prices are reasonable though and overall my friends and I had a nice time.

I came here to try out this noodle dish I saw online and it was better than expected. Great setting with cool lights. Enjoyed my time here 😊

First time here and honestly it was pretty amazing. Due to Covid19, it was very sparse (as in, I and my date were the only people there around 5pm).. We sat on the outside tables and its honestly quite the site. Definitely great for pictures at that time when the sun is setting. It had an overall cool vibe

The waiters are very polite and professional but the local foods menu was substandard and didnt taste good. But they had good smoothies and Lassis.

The restaurant is unique with local and Continental dishes/great taste, a place for breakfast, lunch and dinner 🥗.

LUNCH BUFFET AT SERENDIBSerendib is an Indian and Sri Lanakan restaurant in Jabi which offers authentic Indian, Sri Lankan and Asian cuisine. They host a Lunch buffet every Sunday and for International Womens day, I was invited to try out their Lunch buffet. They also offer a Breakfast Buffet.So what do I think:Before dining, the Head Chef went through each course and explained all the dishes to us. He also spoke about the kind of cuisine the restaurant offers.For starters, I had chicken noodle soup, vegetable samosas, chicken pie and different kinds of bread. The soup was warm and really tasty. It had chunks of noodles, chicken and veggies. The bread which included Sri Lankan bread were mildly flavoured with the herbs and spices they were infused with. The samosas and pie were decent.For mains, I tried a bit of everything. I had the chicken biryani, mashed potatoes, beef stew, steamed vegetables, chicken koththu roti, hot & spicy chicken and monogolian beef noodles. The chicken biryani featured rich Indian spices and chunks of chicken which we liked. The mash needed some more butter and cream. The beef stew was a rich and hearty dish quite similar to Nigerian stew. The chicken koththu roti tasted exactly butter. It was light and melted in your mouth. Our favourite thing from the mains was the Monogolian beef noodles. The beef was perfectly seasoned, the noodles had a great texture and the veggies still had their crunch. The best part about this dish is you get to watch while it is being made. Swipe to see it being made!For dessert, I had cheesecake, chocolate gateaux, custard, yoghurt, jelly and rainbow cake. The cheesecake and chocolate gateau were great and nicely sweet. The custard was infused with banana and had a mild sweetness. The yoghurt was slightly sour and light.The buffet cost 5500 naira and drinks are not inclusive. Another good thing about the buffet here is that they offer vegetarian options of every single dish I tried.

Standard hotel that requires some upgrading. It is a 3-storey building with the reception at the ground floor and the bar/restaurant at the top floor. The rooms are fairly large and comfortable, however the ACs require maintenance or replacement as they no longer chill, the sockets in the room are mostly not functional so you cant charge phones/laptops and lastly the restaurant staff require some trainings on phone manners.There is a smoke detector in each room that are not functional. There are fire extinguishers and CCTV cameras. It has a controlled entrance gate with barriers and the security guards grant access to vehicles as they come in however, vehicles are not searched during ingress or egress, tags or tokens are not given to vehicles to prevent theft.Covid-19 measures are not enforced fully in the facility and so the front desk officers sometimes do not wear face masks, room service do not wear face masks, housekeeping do not wear face masks, security guards do not wear face masks, etc. Hand sanitizers are not visibly present within the facility.There is an entrance to leads to the top floor restaurant using the elevator, without passing through the reception. Same route leads to the rooms and so any visitor can access the rooms without the knowledge of the front desk officer/receptionist. The restaurant is however a good place for group outings, business dinners, etc.It has a swimming pool but the functionality was not confirmed and a fairly-large parking lot.

Sweet place to eat continental food and lodging

The serenity is amazing and the food delicious.I went on a Sunday for the buffetThey have 2 packages;6000 which covers all you can eat8000 which also covers all you can eat with water, glass of wine, a glass of juice and Chapman.I had the best time as the staff were very helpful with explaining dishes.The customer service was the best and I’ll definitely visit there more often

This is a great getaway spot as it is hidden in a residential area in Jabi district. It offers accommodation, bar and restaurant services. A very serene environment but gets quite lively at night. It is advisable to go with your car or get a cab-on-call because of how quiet the area is. Their services are generally good. Parking space is available.

I wrote a piece earlier about this place a couple of years ago and since then there has been a lot of improvement in the outlook and policy of the new management.For starters the place has enjoyed a fresh coat of paint and a few structural adjustment resulting in more comfort and service delivery.The staff are efficient, courteous and more professional. Rooms are cleaner, sheets fresh and complimentary drinks always in place.The restaurant and room rates have however gone through the roof and are not quite proportionate to the service. Meals are particularly expensive.

Nice continental dishes but the bbef i had with my fried rice the other day was a bit hard and too tiny.

It is a good place to dine. Professional services by well trained staff. Though Ive just been there only once but I had a great experience. The only low side is the available parking space. I also cannot comment accurately on accessibility for people with limited mobility (will check for that in future). I also did not check the lift (elevator).

One of a few places where we can find good indian food in Abuja.They provide plenty of varieties in indian food to choose from.Ambience of the restaurant is simply perfect for a family to visit.Restaurant is also within city drive limit.Also this restaurant location is one among few where there is no traffic block.

Had a nice Sunday Brunch here, it was a buffet of Sirilanka and I must say I enjoyed it. You should definitely Sunday with your family of friends if you are in abuja.

Excellent restaurant with great meals especially the buffet on Sunday afternoon. My catch is the outdoor seat out in the cool of the evening; it has a calming effect after a long day at work. The staffers are super friendly too.

Staff were very professional but I wasnt so impressed with my meal. My steak was overcooked; almost impossible to cut with the blunt knife I was given. Environment was serene.

When u looking for a discreet Casino within a quiet hotel. Triple 7 casino and Cafe. Lovely experience. Up the restaurant, having a wonderful view looking down.

Usually, the food is alright (somewhere in between 3 and 4), but tonight I had T-bone steak... And it was a consistency of an old shoe. Cooked all way through, real tough and no taste. One of rare occasions i had to send the meal back.

The Sunday buffet is amazing, decently prices & the view from the rooftop seat out is amazing.

This used to be a 5 star but something is really wrong there, either the good manager or chef was recently fired. I asked for a garlic nan bread, the waiter kept insisting rice would be better for sauce I ordered. When I insisted I came here for nan bread as I always do; he took the order and then a second waiter came few minutes to tell me that the sauce is better with rice and not nan but I decided to change the sauce instead and asked him to suggest a better sauce. When the food arrived, this people brought flat bread (the type used for shawarma) and used butter to place the garlic on it and I think microwave it. The butter did not melt and was disgusting looking on the bread, I asked the waiter why there was butter on my bread and he said that how the garlic stays on. And I told him Ive never seen this type of nan in my life, not in Serendip or elsewhere. The bread later became so hard, thats how I know it was microwave.If they didnt have nan all they would have said was no nan today, sorry. Horrible experience for a customer that has been visiting since 2015. I was there in Nov 2018 and got a wonderful garlic nan and it wasnt like this, only reason Im giving a 2 star is based on my last experience.

Excellent food! The service however needs to improve. You can wait up to 45 minutes just for a coffee or cooldrink and up to 01:30 minutes for the food. They are so not diabetic friendly so carry your own sweetener.

I actually havent been to the restaurant but Ive ordered food from here before and it was okay. The sweet and sour chicken sauce was alright but the naan bread was a little too thick.
