This Customer care Centre offers more than just customer care service, at the ground floor is also a shop where varities of new samsung phones are on display for sale. The Centre should benefit greatly from its good location.The representatives are also customer friendly and repairs are affordable and replacement parts are indeed guaranteed to be original.

Great customer service and you can find a wide range of Samsung products for sale at the recommended retail price. You are confident your purchases are authentic and covered by warranty ranging from a year to two years. They also see authentic accessories and provide repair services. I noticed there are stands for other non Samsung products (which was strange). All in all, excellent service all round.

I got there 9am because thats the opening time on the website. However, the lady with the keys to the office arrived 30 minutes later after leaving customers and workers standing outside for 30 minutes. She did even apologise. It seemed to be a norm because the workers werent bothered in any way.

Staff are not very helpful almost to the point of being rude. So I decided to make my purchase else where

I came here (Samsung Customer service center Emab Plaza) with two phones... Note 3 and Note 5. Both had screen issues and needed changing. Before coming here I made enquiries in a non Samsung shop and they ended up breaking the rear cover just for them to assess the phone. But on getting to this shop I had my Note 5 repaired like new... Everything is working including my stylus. The note 3 on the other it seems they dont have the part but notwithstanding, I am very pleased with the service assurance I got here. #samsung #note5 #note3 #phone

Can somebody help me with an answer here please,I bought a Samsung galaxy 6edge from someone, but what am seeing on the plane background of the phone, which is supposed to be plain white, but instead, what am seeing there is a red or pink colored written like time number (oclock) at the upper side and down left a call symbol like, pls my question here is does it mean they have changed the screen before? or what is it?

In as much as the customer service was superb, I think they are rip off. I took two of my Samsung devices to inquire about repairs and accessories and they kept mentioning exorbitant prices. I had to leave politely with my integrity intact😆

So nice, you get all Samsung original products if you not that type like fake things, and you always insist on the original no matter the cost, then you are my type, go there for the best.

Along Adetokunbo Ademola Crescent, almost opposite Poly Plaza, this Customer Care Centre is the legitimate complaint centre if you have a genuine Samsung phone. Minor repairs will be done at little or no charge for you and if major repairs are required, you will be directed on how to go about it without running the risk of losing your phone to quacks or being shaved clean of your savings by phone touts. Close to this Centre is Johnny Rockets so you can get a bite to eat while waiting for your phone to be repaired.

My experience here wasnt so nice. I went to repair my Samsung tablet S with pen and the workers there removed my pen, when I asked for it, they claimed I didnt come with it. It lingered until I had to involve a top person who called their Management and asked that they looked for the pen, before they produced it.

They take care of almost all issues you can have with your Samsung device. The staff are friendly and quite helpful. If the part to repair your phone is not available, then you would have to wait a few more days for the part to be brought from Lagos. Payment can be done using cash or transfer to their bank account. Transfer can delay tho as Lagos (their Head office) has to confirm your payment before you can leave with your repaired phone.If your phone is still under warranty, them you could get you phone fixed for free once its not damage done by the customer e.g. broken screenBy and Large, it is an ok place and you get good service

They resumed late, had to wait almost an hour after their resumption for the shop to be opened and they also lack samsung parts readily available in non-Samsung shops.
