My initial experience was a sad one as the Centre did not operate optimally owing to report network challenges and this is not good for business. When I finally got access to get my NIN linked to my sim card, it took eternity on the queue as a result of few personnel available. The service needs to be improved on for the benefit of subscribers.

Polite staff but very few number of staff attending to a large number of people which causes a lot of delay. Also the security personnel seem to have a certain category of people they keep under the canopy,give them numbers and ask them to wait till its their turn to go in while some category of people would be ushered in straight...if they have a set rule,it should be applicable to all.
Dirty office space.wanted to roam my line and what the staff told me were not helpful.
Had my sim issue of seven months from other states figured out in less than an hour here, theyre doing great professionally.

I was here to register my NIN and I received prompt and efficient service from the NIN registration staff. The only issue I observed here was that they only register people who are on the 9mobile network so some people were turned back at the entrance for not having a 9mobile line, this is despite the fact that the NCC has stopped people from purchasing new SIM cards while the NIN linking process is going on.

Some of their customer care providers have terrible attitude 🤨, Zero empathy. Strictly Dogmatic 😠 but they have an awesome security personnel 🤗.My fiancé is not in town to redeem her prize and I squeezed out time to go help her. I had her authorisation letter and her scanned valid National ID card but I was still turned down after wasting time and transport.😓
Network has been too down to attend to my needs. Two consecutive times Ive been here was not fruitful.

Though 9mobile in recent happenings has suffered woes in time of customers subscription but I must say that their experience centers are good place to be.I have issues with my 9mobile mobile line the other day and a visit to soughts out the problem didnt take time.They have a clean and calmed working atmosphere.

Office is centrally located in one of the popular areas in Abuja. It has several access roads that lead to it, making is easily accessible even at peak hours.In terms of services, depending on what service you require, this can take between an hour or two. The office has 4 service points manned that was manned by 4 staff throughout the period that I was there. There was an additional staff stationed for new registrations.It is adiceable that you aim to get there in the early business hours as the crowd can be overwhelming.

This 9mobile office reviewed here is upon ademola adetokunbo crescent, wuse 2. It is opposite its site can actually be found the A.P.C. national headquarters in Abuja. This 9mobile office is less busy than the one at aminu Kano crescent.You can get services here. The staff are pretty organised enough and generally waiting times are on the low side as staff attend to customers as promptly as possible.You can also get mobile devices offered by 9mobile here in this office.
Cool environment to get your Etisalat needs sorted out but in my experience the work pace is a bit slow
