The staff are very polite and helpful

This telecommunications company closed and reopened so many times by rebranding after change of ownership a couple of times proves to be strong now with its data availability and strength in selected cities in the country. The data availability proves to be reliable but at a real high cost for large data users.

Great communications Service. Courteous and friendly staff. The building and premises has enough room for parking space, wheel chair accessibility options are available and a really neat public rest room

Excellent service, friendly customer service, prompt response to customers, cool ambience. Relaxing environment. If you need a mifi with unlimited data for 30days, go get your mifi for N23,000 and your 0804 number. Also note that their Sims could work on any 4G LTE device. So if you would like to use their Sim in a mobile device, thats the device you can use with their Sim. Any other questions, drop them or visit their office.

It’s one of the best Ntel centers to visit because it’s never busy and There is enough parking space. Please note that the staff there don’t always have answers/solution to Data/network problems, their lagos office have to be contacted. There is step at their entrance/No wheel chair access.

Used to be great. They service is dead slow now and it’s terrible. You can’t barely open simple pages, its a drag.

Its opposite Garki market, its a buisness area. Its actually adjacent to a popular pharmacy. Its Gadison Ntel. A subsidiary outlet of Ntel. The staff are updated, corteous. Customer friendly. I had all my questions answered, prompt service. Felt @ home and they were amazing. Enironment clean, safe and accessible

So I when there to get a sim for my device, only to find out that the sim is not compatible with all phone and mine was not on the list.

Always having network issues. Ntel needs to situp.
