I’m giving the 2 stars because they stock up well on things Photographer’s, Cinematographers and makeup artists need however it can’t be overemphasized that these fellas need a real overhauling when it comes to Customer service. They have the poorest CS in the history of customer service.It’s double Wahala if you ever call to find the cost of an item, they’ll first act like it’s top secret and then either end the call or tell you to come into the store. Also; they are simply enjoying an almost monopolistic market share in Abuja cos they stock up the most that’s why we keep going back else? We for Don port.

The prices are close to those in the USA, only the customer service is not there to back it up. The web site doesnt match the store as far as pricing and availability. The customer experience in store is similar to that of other Abuja shops, high pressure, unfriendly help. I was ready to buy millions of Naira worth of equipment, but the lack of product knowledge, willingness to assist and high prices stopped that from happening. Ill just buy from the USA when I get home. Ive been in twice now and each time the man/woman? on the first floor has been so unfriendly as I come in I want to immediately leave, but stay just to look. The women upstairs are useless for information. The lack of cell service at the location makes looking up specs on items impossible, and they refuse to assist and have no documentation on site. This place is an embarrassment to Abuja.

Poor customer relation.Please its not all customers that must visit your office to get cost implication of a product. THIS NEEDS TO STOP USTINE.A customer has the right to get the cost implication of a product via a phone call. The attitude of Always referring customers to the store IS TOTALLY WRONG.Customer care unit should know the price and state same on enquiry...USTINE 7070 is one of the leading brands in media equipments NO DOUBT...

Good place for all camera accessories but with poor customer service.

The store is quite equipped.However, the worst treatment i have received as a customer and also seen metted out to other customers must be from the girls at Ustine 7070. There is a particular girl who talks rudely to customers (even on the phone as i just experienced once again).Once i wanted to buy a camera and i asked to see the box just as i was about to do the transfer for the purchase, they simply told me to check on google. Lol.Sadly, i have seen a lot of similar reviews about the treatment here, but the owner is either not paying attention, or just doesnt care.I respect myself as a customer, so i will rather go where i am also treated with such respect for business.

I really doubt if they check these reviews. But honestly, I have never seen where you will buy a product and cant have a feel. They customer service has improved a little, the toxicity use to be really terrible. The painful part is they tell you to Google a product you want to buy. What sort of local way of doing business is that? If the customer service does not understand what a product is about, what is the use? They have a lot to work on honestly. In spite of that toxicity, if people still patronise you it means that you are the GoTo place for multimedia equipment. They do need to improve honestly because when I find an alternative I will move.

I think the idea that they dont accept returns turns me off. I bought some items worth more than 20k and none of these things were working well, it was SD card at the first instance followed by digital frame and its remote, the last problem was the SD adapter i purchased and within 8 hours the adapter stopped working. To return these items is a problem because of the show one of the ladies displayed yesterday when I went back to to lodge complaints. I prefer to lose my money than go there again. To recommend this store to anyone is not what I will do.

Though the shop is well stocked the customer service is zero. The staff and the management need to learn how to deal with customers. Everyone you deal with in the company is arrogant and disrespectful.

The customer service is just so bad that I had to buy from another media store ... it might not mean anything cause after all is just me but if you keep losing customers one after the other some day u will understand the importance of a GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ETHICS

So I went to two of the shops one in Wuse Zone 4 and the other in Banex plaza.Locations: Both outlets are within easy to reach locations and very accessible for both pedestrians and commuters. The Wuse Zone 4 however would require a bit of maneuvering as the road side access is closed, thus providing a longer route.Customer service: I am not really sure what to make of the customer service. All the attendants looked tired. I was there at the close of work. Maybe both outlets have overworked employees or it was just not a good day for them. But given an option, I would rather stay with the Banex retail assistants than had Zone4.Price: I think the price is on the higher side.

Poor Customer Service. The Girls there are giving me a different price on phone when I called to place order. This is rude.

Abuja best digital shop

It took 2 days before they replied my DM but when they did I got my order the next day and it was in perfect condition

POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS. I went there on recommendation. The first impression I got was terrible. The mannerless girl in the store, who apparently believes they are doing people favour by selling, asked me to pay before seeing the item I wanted to buy. Too bad.
