Lovely setup.

I went there in the morning asked a few questions, was happy with pricing to some extent, asked them for the account details, to pay, paid around 12 noon, went there two hours later, asked if they had gotten any alert, the sales rep looks at her boss, the boss was like mba with a straight face, I showed her evidence, the boss with a stern face was like, mba I got annoyed left the place, thirty minutes later I send evidence of payment, got no reply, got a call thirty minutes later, telling me they had just gotten the alert, (bull), no apologies whatsoever, was annoyed, but let it go, picked up my stuff, cant blame the company, it aint their fault. Customer service was just horrible for me.
