I placed an order an hour ago and the driver cannot find the location, even though they have delivered to this address before. The delivery drivers should make use of Google Maps to assist with directions. I have called Meerahs cafe to ask about my order and received no response. Please, work on improving your customer service and delivery. I will never order here again.

So I’m reviewing the Meerah’s cafe branch in Gwarimpa because that’s the one I have been to. The small chops are really nice. I basically dream of the small chops from time to time. I especially recommend that you always buy moneybags whenever you buy small chops from Meerah. I didn’t give a five star though because the last two times I went there, they didn’t have chops. Apparently, it had not been sent from the main branch. Please Meerah, Wuse always stock up your gwarimpa branch. We are hungry. 😍

They make the best shawarma. But I placed an order by 3pm, was told that it’ll take 50minutes, it took them 2hours to get back to me and when they eventually delivered they went to the wrong address. Unless you are as patient as job, I don’t recommend.

They are dirty, they use barehands in these times of covid 😔

Horrible experiences!Inconcsistent food, rude and dishonest staff.

This place is the worst! 1st time I ordered the shrimps were raw... 2nd time they delivered the wrong item and 3rd time the whole order was wrong and they were an hour late. And the food taste like rubbish! Please do not waste your time or money. I should have learnt my lesson the 1st and 2nd time.

Terrible Terrible food. I ordered for their food from Jumia food and by the time they delivered, it looked disgusting and the whole platter was burnt. Do not order from them! I repeat do not order.

Menu has variety, and service was very good.
