I would give this place negative stars if I could! Read full story below to see why.Got there starving, and tired. Placed a very simple order that should have taken no more than 5 minutes to deliver (the food only had to be microwaved). It took more than 10 minutes. There was another customer there who was also complaining about the speed of service - hed started eating from his wifes plate by that point. Poor man.My food finally came after I complained to the chef, who just happened to come out as I was waiting. She took it upon herself to dish the food. How thoughtful, I said to myself.Started eating and turns out the fish wasnt done. I took it to the counter and asked the person there if the fish was done, and he replied emphatically of course! He wasnt as eager when I asked him to taste it. Clown!Remember the guy whod started eating from his wifes plate? At this point he came to the till, paid for his wifes food, and was about to leave, when someone said his own plate was coming out now, now. He went back to sit down.The chef came come out once again. I asked her if this was just a bad day for them/me, and she said things like this happen. As I was speaking with her on my way back from the till to my chair, one of their cleaners packed my bottle of water. By now I was sitting down, so I motioned with my hand for him to drop the bottle. I was too tired/frustrated to talk.I asked her for a refund, and she said she would go sort it out. She never came back, just like Im sure the guy that had started eating his wifes food will never come back - he never did get his food, and left in anger, just like me, after waiting like 10 minutes for a refund that never came.Youve been warned if you choose to eat here.
