Good hotel but needs renovation for their structures

Nice environment.However, room had the lingering cigarette smell from previous lodger. Reception area needs a doorman. Had a not so good experience working my luggage and the door.

Very dirty hotel, horrible kitchen... the worse I have ever seen around. Gosh..... no maintenance culture.

Its a nice place to go clubbing and if you are ok with strippers

If you need a quiet place, dont even think about lodging here.Very annoying and frustrating place! Who puts a club beside hotel rooms without sound proof doors?! Now I am stranded with no other place to lodge and cant sleep with the sound from the club vibrating everything in the room and all they can say is that they cant do anything about it. To top it all, I now have smell of weed or whatever it is seeping in through.This is the worst hotel I have ever decided to stay in my entire life. I now have to endure this useless place with headache till dawn. RUBBISH!

Its not bad.

Modest lodging spaces is part of what Park Place offers. Also ease of access to bus parks for guests who desire to travel by road to many parts of the country. Other services can and should definitely be upgraded.

Their club is somehow good sha.

Simple but nice/neat rooms. They have a bar, a lounge, barbing/beauty salon etc. Ordered a plate of noodles and it wasnt bad. I enjoyed it.

Well it was a good experience, they have good suya, bush meat and fresh palm wine their services is also very good too. Outdoor relaxation spot it also nice, a good way to meet new people.

Average hotel, located close to the Abuja bus terminal, easily accessible to road travelers . Good garden for evening night out and drinks. Rooms newly renovated also. Not bad at all

Its okay

Ruled out of hotels I will ever stay or recommend for anyone. How can a hotel room have just two sockets - one for the TV and the other for the fridge? If you have to charge your phone and laptop, you will need to unplug the TV and the fridge.

It should be called a travellers inn.... Cos I found thats what it was originally built for... It a lively place though

They move with the times. Was there 9 years ago and they have renovated and upgraded their facilities now. They also have an in house lounge. Wish they had a pool though.

The building is old, but the rooms are well taken care of. The rooms are okay and worthy of my 4 star score

Its a beautiful place to stay in heart place of Utako Abuja. I recommend it for visitors but its expensive as well so you check your pocket before choosing it😁🤔🤔🤔😎

A little rowdy but affordable accommodation

Hotel is OK. Standard room is small, max for 2 people. There was no WiFi when we stayed there. Outside is Bush bar and other establishments, so it can be noisy till late night. Parking is secure and staff is helpful.

Easy to locate as it is close to a popular transport company, Chisco, with clean rooms that are affordable, secure electronic doors, neat n efficient plumbing work and air conditioning. They have affirdable meals and just beside the hotel are restaurants that serve local delicacies at an even more competitive price. I would gladly refer my friends there and the few that used it are greatful to me for my insightful guidance.
