Very bad experience...I entered the bank at 8am to do a Western Union transaction and nobody was available to attend to us even as at the time of leaving the bank at 8:27am. There was no one. They asked those for deposit to go to the bulk room. Western union transaction etc at to wait indefinately.The staff are rude and failed to given any explanation.

The service here is snap and the employees are very polite. I noticed one of the female uniformed security operatives kept telling the customers, Welcome to First Bank and Do have a nice day as theyre leaving.Personally, those welcome and goodbye remarks suggests that the bank has great respect and appreciation for their customers; in turn these strategies enhances customer retention, curbs churn and increase return business.

Moderate banking hall size. Operations and customer needs are dealt with quite fast
