I went to do my BVN there and people were made to wait outside ,a staff even raised his voice at some people, while a Korean man who came at the same time as I was let in.this does not fair well for the image of a bank widely used and trusted . I ended up having to leave because the line was too long

Went to the branch at Gwarimpa and my experience was not the least pleasant. People were made to obtain numbers if what they came to do was complaints and renewal of atm cards, yet we saw some people been given express entrance to the banking hall without been made to wait their turns all because they happen to know tje security of someone inside. Not a good image for the bank sincerely.

This is the worst zenith bank I have been to, very poor customer service and it takes over 30 minutes to do a simple online transfer.If you want to make a quick transaction I would advise you avoid this bank at all cost 😡😡😡😡
