Good inflight entertainment, WiFi and smiling flight attendant

I enjoyed everything about their service except one thing. I was delayed for a long time before they allowed me to board d plane from istanbul Airport without giving me any reason whatsoever.

Terrible Terrible Terrible experience. I flew Turkish airline to Abu Dhabi for my honey money and the horror show started when I arrived Turkey and had an eleven hours wait at the airport. The Turkish airline ground staff were rude and classless. The fact they dont speak English most of them is where the problem starts. They get angry that you are speaking English to them at an international airport. They are all a bunch of angry individuals. We were told a hotel and food will be offered for long waits at the airport. When you go to them to request for these things, the first answer you hear is NO and you ask why NO, they say because I said NO. Which is simply ridiculous. On our way back from Abu Dhabi we had a wait of 13hours and we finally got a meal ticket and when you go for the meal....its a struggle because the places you are to get the meal from are also not happy giving it. We went to Popeyes first and they said come back at 8, we came back and they said go somewhere else. We managed to get a room in the sleep area which feels like a refugee camp compared to the hotel that should have been offered. Pictures of the sleep area are attached. The in-flight air hostesses are probably the only nice thing about flying turkish airline. They use really small airline to fly Abuja to Turkey maybe because of lack of passengers. The airline can be compared to air peace or Arik air to Enugu . Difference is you get in-flight entertainment. Please if you have enough pay for some other flight and not Turkish airline. Its the flight you fly when flying on a serious low budget.

This is a large and very good airline. They operate international flights only. They fly many international destinations but usually have multiple stops especially if you are going the United States of America.One major challenge that do not seem to go away with this airline is the case of Missing luggage.I still wonder how they get to mix that up; I guess its due to the number of stops.

This is to bring to the notice of Turkish Airlines Management, Nigerian Government and the whole world of the injustice meted to Nigerians and foreigners flying Turkish Airlines to Nigeria. its so disheartening that passengers that arrived Nigeria since December 2nd could not find their luggage, is it that it is missing or what? Even when you call the Airline, the attitude of the staff is nothing to write home about. They also cancel peoples flights without any prior notice only for you to find out at the Airport. Please I am calling on Turkish Airlines Management, Nigerian government to take measures to stop this ill treatment which is common with flights coming back to Nigeria.
