Laderin community is a relatively new and developing community is contiguous to the kobape -sagamu express road, and it is the host community of fomer president olusegun obasanjo and his palatial presidential library. The community is peaceful and provides adequate security for its residents, the community also enjoys fairly stable electricity supply
