This is a residential suburb where you can get a low priced accommodation. It is not a very nice place to walk at night due to the activities of hoodlums who smoke and attack people at night.Road accessibility is also a great challenge.

Its home to lots of ABU zaria students and also Leather Research Institute...the proximity to these institutions from the area is not far..Atimes you get to enjoy the sight of train passing by because of the rail line that cut across the area. Walking at late night is not a good option around here but recently the area has been enjoying peace because most of the hoodlums have been chased out of the place
