Neat/friendly environment,fast developing hotel, cheap tasty and yummy food,24 hours light,24 hours friendly receptionist.

I will give this hotel 5 star. It has good facilities and location is quite good

Its an old hotel but most of the facilities are working, the environment is nice.

Enough parking space very cheap to lodge

I was there for a meeting/training. The training hall was bod and spacious, light was and pas were equally good. There is enough space for parking. The rooms were newly renovated with functioning ACs. The food was good too. However, the toilet facilities need to be changed as they were rusting. And room service is not 24hrs here, so if you wakeup with a hunger pang, chances are you will have to wait till morning before you can get something to eat.

Located in government reserved area(GRA) Zaria city. The security in the hotel is satisfactory. Room services is ok, restaurant services poor

You have the comfort of green vegetation within and around the environment.You have attractive structures for tourists to feed their eyes with.It is located in about the most secured part of the town.There are no industrial emissions or noise pollution anywhere around the hotel.There is maximum outreach of GSM networks in the hotel.A relatively good sized swimming pool.

*Its a moderately nice hotel depending on your values.*Its best known for hosting parties with loud music which could (depending on your values) DISTURB or ENTERTAIN guests*Holds pool parties, all night parties, clubbing etc*Honestly, the rooms are fair esp the VIP which goes for an undervalued price of just 14,000.*The VIP which are just two (2) in number have a priority/private/separate entrance*Its a sure a hotel for RUNS
