This place was formerly known as Tu-lips... It was ran by the Chinese and was one of the hottest and best restaurants in town. Major night parties, dinner parties and other parties were held here. They ran out of business at a point and ever since, this place has just become a large land mass structure wasting away. It is not a hotel but if it is, they it is ran in secret.
