Is located opposite the Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital (ABUTH) and off Milgoma town, along Sokoto Road. Its a basically a research farm for staff and students of the Ahmadu Bello University as well as collaborative companies, Institutes and agencies. Trespassing the farm has been strictly prohibited. Major test crops grown are maize, jatropha, cowpea, groundnut, and cotton.
