Peace park use to be a wonderful place to visit in the past, but its simply a washed up version of its former self. The landscape isnt well kept and maintained and its playgrounds and seating are in terrible shape. I would only recommend for a quick visit to look at the statues and the stadium

The government of Bayelsa state need to restore this place. Its will be a nice place to hang out with friends, if they can just revive it.

One of my favorite places in the Yenagoa city. Looking forward to enjoying myself here in time.

This beautiful leisure area has been left to rot away. Overgrown grass can be seen from afar, facility abandoned and locked.

It was a sunny Sunday morning. I walked past Government house. Besides it is Peace Park

It isnt what it used to be anymore. The government pay little to no attention in taking care of the Park.
