My first time there. The experience was great. I was well attended to. Thanks to one Mr Seyi and Ms Blessing.

They desperately need another office in Yenagoa. Theres always a crowd and their customer service is poor (probably because of the crowd). They can and should do better

It was so boring. They succeeded to kill all of my time today.

So far so good they are the best network very fast in connections not all that hard to retrieve when lost or damage occurred.

Though very easy to locate. The customer service delivery is very poor. A customer needs to one to the office by 5:30 so as to be attended to. Customers travels long distances to get to the office only to be told to come back to the following day because they didnt come by 5:30am to register their names.Additionally, the isnt a sitting arrangement for unattended customers to sit outside, hence customers have to sit on dwarf fences, and under the scorging sun.Very bad. MTNNG definitely has to improve.

Good place to visit

There were too too many clients at the office among which some were attended to while others were to return the following day. I couldnt wait and just left.

The services are swift and accurate.MTN Lumos energy kit is sold here and the service/customer care agents are friendly. Customers are attended to on a first come first serve basis.However, the queue there is usually long. Therefore, you will have to wait for long before being attended if you didnt go early. There are few seats arranged under a canopy for customers waiting for their turns.Note: you will not be allowed into without wearing nose mask.Every customer that comes to the centre is issued a tally and it stops by 4pm yet everyone given number are usually attended to before the office closes.

Customer service is good and there is prompt delivery of service to customers, even amidst this pandemic.
