Just there

Multi Line is one of the first existing motor parks that made traveling to the East very accessible from Effurun, Warri and Sapele. They are presently the oldest in this traveling route that have neither folded up nor got sold out to other companies, rather they have gained more grounds and expanded their route to Lagos (from Effurun terminal only). They presently get to Umuahia from here though such buses move ONLY within hours before 12pm. They still have set of setbacks like stocking goods at the expense of customer comfort (seldom happens only at critical traveling seasons) but their vast experience on the route to the East has made them safe to travel with. They also try in getting new buses but not enough to keep up their present standard, thus relying on older ones which sometimes affects the customers traveling comfort. On the average, they are good!!!

Multiline is good but for the sake of one nonchalant driver known as Nwamuruamu, I choose to score them 0 stars. Ive called and complained severally along side others, yet nothing is done about it. I deviced a means, whenever I want to travel and he is the only available driver, I forfeit the travel, it has been a good means all these while until today, my wife is a victim of his mess. She called me to tell me the drivers attitude and I immediately told her it is Nwamuruamu, and she said thats what they call him, and people that know him confirmed that it is his way.My advice? If you are boarding, ask who the driver is first. If it is Nwamuruamu, please wait for the next bus.I wish this will get to the multiline authority.
