Waiting time at GLO WARRI was really Long

I feel very bad. After using Google map and hiring keke to get the office, one guy just looked at me and say what do u want? I was called to come and upgrade my sim was my response. Without even looking at me again, he said come next week. Why? They r closing by 2pm but this is just past 12. Despite begging and pleading that my work wont allow me, he didnt bulge. I approached another lady at the desk, same attitude.That was my experience.

There is need for improvement in customer related issues, an improvement in their network services to enable swift response on sim replacement

Glo is just very useless, took more than 3 hour just to perform SIM retrieval and the SIM is jet to be activated after such a stressful process

This place (Glo office warri) is currently the worst Glo office I have been to. The Staffs lack training

Going here post sim registration ban period is a VERY STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE. like their office is packed full with a very slow service being rendered

The crowd is usually much, waiting time is lengthy , Ill advise anyone to go very early in the morning especially for sim swap or upgrade

The place is effective in resolving issues related to the network. But most times, so over crowded and there is the tendency of spending too long waiting to be attended to. The Glo World outlet at the Delta Shopping Mall is more efficient with respect to time.

Ac didnt work, customer service was too poor. Was able to get what I needed done but only after an hour and a half wait. Something that should have taken 5 minutes.

Its more or less a basic office experience. notwithstanding, the staff are sometimes indifferent to the plights of its customers (this is Nigeria - its everywhere), and the ventilation of this tight space leaves much to be desired. But, in all these, the most ironical certainty about this location is the fact that Glos network service isnt quite available in this location, and in one of its branches no less!
