Okay for a typical Nigerian agency, they need to work on human capital development.

It a marine reserve reserve company, it located at 1st Marine Gate opposite Agofure motor pack Warri. Its nice and its neat. Motors are showcased in front of the fence of NIMASA OFFICE.

The Office was spacious and well structured.

Basic.

NIMASA is a government agency and like many other government agencies, maintenance seems to be a very big issue. The whole place is unkept, dirty, bushy and looks very abandoned. Well, the port in Warri does not work so there is little or no active.
